An ads agency charges you €2,000/month to do five things: understand your audience, write hooks, come up with creatives, polish the copy and decide what to scale. None of them is magic. And now you can package each one as a Claude skill that works for you.
This is the complete pack of the 5 skills I taught in the carousel, in a real version focused 100% on paid media (Meta and Google Ads). At the end you'll find the direct download.
Skill ≠ prompt (this is the difference)
A lot of people mix the two up:
- A prompt is an instruction for one conversation. You copy and paste it every time you need it.
- A Claude skill is a packaged capability (a
SKILL.mdfile with a name, a description and instructions, inside a folder). You install it once and Claude uses it on its own when it detects the task fits.
It's the difference between explaining to someone how something is done every single morning… or handing them a manual once so they already know. Under the hood, each skill is this simple:
---
name: investigar-audiencia
description: Investiga y perfila la audiencia para campañas de paid media
(Meta y Google Ads). Úsala cuando el usuario quiera entender a su público,
crear buyer personas o preparar segmentaciones para anuncios.

# Investigar audiencia (paid media)
[instructions Claude follows...]
How to install them (2 minutes)
In claude.ai (web or desktop, Pro/Max/Team plans):
- Download the pack (below) and open the
para-claude-aifolder. - Go to Settings → Features.
- Upload each
.zipfile as a custom skill. - Done. Ask it "research my product's audience for ads" and it will use the skill on its own.
In Claude Code (terminal):
- Copy the 5 folders into
~/.claude/skills/. - Claude Code detects them automatically. Nothing to upload.
The 5 skills
1. investigar-audiencia — an X-ray of your audience
Turns reviews, comments or customer data into 3 actionable buyer personas + ready-made targeting for Meta (interests, behaviours, lookalikes) and Google (in-market, custom intent, remarketing). It's step 0 of any campaign.
2. generar-hooks — 10 hooks that stop the scroll
Generates a bank of 10 varied hooks (question, striking stat, pattern interrupt, curiosity…), each under 12 words and tied to the real pain. Built for testing, not ten versions of the same idea.
3. crear-creatividades — concepts ready to produce
Delivers 5 complete ad concepts: angle, format (UGC, static, carousel), visual idea, headline, primary text (PAS/AIDA) and CTA. A brief your designer or video creator can execute with no extra context.
4. optimizar-copy — your copy rewritten to convert
Rewrites any ad into 3 variants using proven frameworks (PAS, AIDA, Before-After-Bridge), respecting Meta's and Google's character limits, and without AI clichés. Each variant tests a different hypothesis.
5. medir-resultados — what to scale and what to pause
You paste the data (spend, ROAS, CTR, frequency) and it tells you, with clear criteria, what to scale, what to pause (creative fatigue included) and 3 test hypotheses based on your winners. The skill that saves the most budget.
Download the pack
Inside you'll find the 5 skills as folders (for Claude Code), the 5 individual .zip files (for claude.ai) and a LEEME.txt explaining everything.
How to chain them (the full loop)
The 5 don't work in isolation: they're a cycle, the same one an agency runs.
| Phase | Skill | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Understand | investigar-audiencia | Personas + targeting |
| 2. Hook | generar-hooks | A hook bank to test |
| 3. Produce | crear-creatividades | Ready-made ad briefs |
| 4. Polish | optimizar-copy | Copy variants that convert |
| 5. Decide | medir-resultados | What to scale and what to pause |
Then you go back to step 1 with what you learned from measuring. That loop —research, create, measure, repeat— is literally an agency's job. The difference is that now you have it installed in Claude.
AI isn't going to make you a millionaire while you sleep. But it can do the work of five people at an agency if you give it the right skills and the real context of your business. Here are the skills. You bring the context.
