The controller responsible for processing your data is Blackdark, owner of the website blackdark.club.

For any matter regarding your personal data you can reach us at blackdarketing@gmail.com.

Newsletter: when you subscribe, we collect your email address. It is the only personal data you actively provide.

Browsing data: we collect technical and statistical information in an aggregated, anonymous way (page views, device type, approximate country) via Vercel Analytics, which uses no tracking cookies and does not identify users individually.

If you create a Blackdark account (for example, for the Academy), we store your email, sign-up date, language, the date you accepted this policy and whether you want the newsletter. We don't use passwords: you log in with a link we email you.

We use this data only to manage your account and give you access to its content. The legal basis is the performance of the service you request by signing up (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent (art. 6.1.a).

Accounts are managed with Supabase, with data hosted on servers in Europe.

If you buy a product, we keep the purchase record (product, amount and date) linked to your account so we can deliver it. Payment is processed by Kunfupay, which acts as the seller (Merchant of Record) and handles your payment data under its own policy.

We keep your account until you delete it. You can do so at any time from “My account” or by writing to us, and your data is erased.

We use your email solely to send you the newsletter with ideas, resources and Blackdark updates. The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you subscribe.

Aggregated browsing data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) to understand which content is useful and improve the site.

If you have bought a product from us, we may email you offers for similar Blackdark products. You can refuse at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us, and we will delete your data without delay.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data may be processed by the technology providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery and newsletter list management). These providers may host data outside the European Economic Area, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to blackdarketing@gmail.com.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.

This site and its services are not directed at children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not provide your data without the consent of your parents or guardians.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes to the site. We will always publish the current version on this page, with its last-updated date.
