Newsletter: when you subscribe, we collect your email address. It is the only personal data you actively provide.

Browsing data: we collect technical and statistical information in an aggregated, anonymous way (page views, device type, approximate country) via Vercel Analytics, which uses no tracking cookies and does not identify users individually.

We use your email solely to send you the newsletter with ideas, resources and Blackdark updates. The legal basis is your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you subscribe.

Aggregated browsing data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) to understand which content is useful and improve the site.

The email delivery provider is yet to be defined; once contracted, we will update this policy to state who it is and where the data is hosted.

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us, and we will delete your data without delay.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your data may be processed by the technology providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and, in the future, the email marketing provider we contract. These providers may host data outside the European Economic Area, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
